We ask for the information needed to understand and respond to your business enquiry.
What we collect
Your name, email, company, optional phone number, selected service, budget, timeline and project description. Security checks may process your IP address and browser signals to reduce automated abuse.
How it is used
To prepare your initial proposal, respond to your request and discuss a potential engagement. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter. Newsletter requests are submitted separately through FormSubmit to make.creatorfox@gmail.com.
Service providers
The website runs on Vercel. Enquiries submitted through the form are processed by FormSubmit and delivered to make@creatorfox.com after inbox activation. When configured, Cloudflare Turnstile checks automated submissions, Upstash supports abuse prevention, and Resend delivers proposal emails. Proposal information is sent to you and the CreatorFox enquiry inbox. External font requests are made to Google Fonts.
Retention and requests
Enquiry correspondence is retained while it is needed for your request and related business records. To ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, contact make@creatorfox.com.
External websites
Links to third-party websites have their own privacy practices. Service pages embed YouTube videos in privacy-enhanced mode. The customer assistant uses service information locally; AI responses, when enabled, are processed by our configured AI provider. Avoid entering confidential information into chat.
